7th Annual Oratorical Contest
On February 29, 2020, the Richland County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta will be sponsoring its 7th Annual Oratorical Contest. The contest affords MIDDLE SCHOOL participants opportunities to enhance their public speaking skills, build self-confidence, attain educational enrichment, and facilitate character building.
